12 South Bungalow

KITCHEN & BATH RENOVATION, FIXTURES & FINISHES SELECTIONS, AND DECOR

Our goal was to take a dated bungalow in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood and completely renovate and refresh it for our clients, a family from New York. We selected all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. With a new addition, an ample kitchen, laundry room, and master suite were achieved. The home was streamlined with a fresh monochromatic paint scheme and natural wood floors throughout to achieve a gallery feel to showcase the art, which the homeowners have collected from their travels around the world. We layered mixed metals, borrowed hues from the art, and styled everything with a casual and fresh appeal. This space is now a comfortable Nashville vacation home for this family, as well as short term rental patrons.
