This home exudes warmth, character, and a distinctly collected vibe. The homeowners were a dream to work with – they have impeccable taste and a love of color and art. Passionate about mid-century furnishings, historic homes, houseplants, and their dogs, their goal was to create a home that felt modern while keeping the charm of the circa-1925 home intact. The house in Nashville’s Historic Waverly neighborhood underwent a major transformation with a rear addition and a full renovation and reconfiguration of the original footprint.
