INTERIOR & EXTERIOR FINISHES & FIXTURES SELECTIONS

This newly built, custom-designed home was curated from the ground up, with every finish and fixture thoughtfully selected to create a cohesive experience inside and out.

Custom blue exterior windows inspired the home’s color palette, with shades of blue and complementary hues carried throughout—from the blue range and dining cabinetry to the patterned bathroom tile. The kitchen centers around an oversized island and large-scale pendants, complemented by an integral stone backsplash and blue-hued range. The adjoining scullery brings warmer, more organic tones through stained cabinetry and zellige backsplash tile. The generously sized primary bath pairs custom zellige-patterned floor tile with heavily veined Verde green marble walls and countertops, while delicate wallcovering adds softness to the water closet.

Throughout the home, distinctive tile, patterned wallcoverings, and layered materials create spaces that feel inviting, collected, and full of character.
