This new construction home features a traditional aesthetic with clean lines and modern accents.

The kitchen features a classic white beveled tile backsplash and glass front upper cabinets. Quartzite countertops offer the classic look of marble with the durability and low maintenance of granite. The traditional leg details on the island maintain the overall classic aesthetic of the home, while the contemporary pendant lighting brings a modern touch to the space.

In the master bath, we created an updated take on traditional design. The star of the show is the large shower with a tile feature wall – marble molding frames large mosaic panels filled with elongated hexagon tile. The cabinetry features lots of storage and traditional detailing, and we selected a dark finish to provide contrast and richness. A classic oval freestanding soaking tub completes the space and frames the view of the shower wall.

We selected all interior and exterior finishes and fixtures, as well as furnishings, art, rugs, and accessories, for this home.
