For this Brentwood new construction home, we worked alongside our clients’ builder to make selections throughout the house, as well as selections for the exterior, before contruction began. In the kitchen and bathrooms, we selected tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and finishes to make each room unique. Light fixtures, paint colors, and trim accents were designated throughout as well. Each one of these touches personalized the clients’ home to fit their modern style.

We recently completed two side-by-side new construction homes in the Oak Hill area of Nashville. These homes were built by Hallmark Building Group, and we worked together to make them ready to sell upon completion. We enjoyed the challenge of making each house unique, with interesting style elements. In this process, we selected all interior and exterior finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinetry and hardware, along with creating unique designs for the fireplace mantels and wet bars. One of the homes leans toward a contemporary aesthetic, and the other is more transitional.

This 1880’s East Nashville home was already bursting with character – our client’s passion for unique folk art pieces and family history was clear from the start. Our challenge was to lighten up and modernize the spaces, creating a mix of old and new, for an expressive, meaningful, and captivating environment. We selected custom furniture and rugs, and family heirloom pieces were reupholstered with modern fabrics.

We’re excited to finally share details on the renovation project we designed for an episode of HGTV’s Property Brothers: Buying and Selling. We had to keep the “big reveal” under wraps until the TV show aired. Originally scheduled to premiere in January, the premiere ended up airing last night! You can still catch it – set your DVR for 11pm Central tonight, September 21, or October 15 at 10am.
